• The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
• Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals and enhance team collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance and address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Develop and manage the production budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control.
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in the field of Industrial Engineering, including at least 5 years of work experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – essential for technical documentation and communication. Russian language is an advantage.
