Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Ensure website performance, usability, and SEO best practices for higher search rankings and improved organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to enhance visibility.
- Optimize technical SEO elements such as site speed, structured data, and mobile responsiveness.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for increased engagement and conversion.
- Monitor ad performance metrics, adjust bidding strategies, and A/B test creatives to maximize ROI.
- Utilize remarketing and audience targeting techniques to improve campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital tools.
- Track and report KPIs such as CTR, bounce rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize customer journeys and engagement through segmentation and personalization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in digital marketing and a formal education in digital marketing
