Procurement Manager
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies and policies for purchasing
- Managing PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services
- Managing direct and indirect procurement processes
- Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and laws
- Finalizing purchase details and approving purchase requests and purchase orders
Qualification
- Bachelor's in Business Administration
- 5 + years of experience in procurement
- Fluency in azerbaijani, russian and english languages
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
- Great relationship management
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate supplier offerings and pricing structures.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
