Our Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
• 2–4 years of experience in early-stage startups, venture building, consulting, product, or innovation roles;
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation;
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration;
• Familiar with lean startup, business model design, and MVP development;
• Advanced proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is required; Russian is desirable;
• Deep engagement and understanding of the venture and startup ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Problem-Solution & Market Validation:

• Conduct deep-dive research on industries, customer segments, and emerging trend;
• Identify unmet needs and test assumptions through qualitative and quantitative research;
• Lead customer discovery interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis;
• Synthesize findings to validate problem-solution fit and inform venture direction.

Venture Design & Business Modeling:

•  Collaborate with Venture Architects to define value propositions and business models;
•  Assist in constructing and refining Lean Canvases, JTBD frameworks, and go-to-market strategies;
•  Develop testable hypotheses across desirability, feasibility, and viability dimensions.

MVP Development & Testing:

• Translate concepts into scrappy MVPs, working with designers and developers;
•  Plan and execute structured market experiments (landing pages, prototypes, pilots);
• Monitor metrics and user behavior to assess traction and market fit.

Experimentation & Iteration:

• Design A/B tests, smoke tests, and cohort-based experiments to test core assumptions;
• Analyze data, derive insights, and iterate on venture strategy and product direction;
•  Document all validation learnings and share insights with the wider studio team.

Venture Handover & Support:

• Prepare handover materials, including validation reports, investment decks, and playbooks;
• Support onboarding of incoming co-founders and transition team;
• Assist in early fundraising research and positioning if needed.
