(Junior) Lawyer

We are looking for the Junior Lawyer to perform daily legal tasks that will support our legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents;
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to the staff and the clients;
- Ensure compliance of company’s documents with all the legal regulations and procedures;
- Keep up-to-date with the changes in legislation of the country and prepare announcements if requested;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and other business partners under the supervision of a lawyer;
- Drafting letters and other required documents the respective state agencies;
- Supporting case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials;
- Organizing materials for team case review;
- Assistance with client disputes and reporting;
- Representing customer companies in state agencies;
- Carrying out basic research on specific tax and legal matters;
- Perform other tasks on request from Head of Legal Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.
- 1 year of experience as junior lawyer
- Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian).
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements:
- Azerbaijani citizenship.
- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
