RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Baku. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., 1C, Logo, or similar)
• Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Russian is a plus
• ACCA qualification/certificates are an advantage
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Salary: 1000 – 1500 AZN NET (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities when needed
• Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor-related reporting
• Contribute to internal process improvements and financial control procedures
