Head of Growth Marketing Unit

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, strategically-minded, and results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead our dynamic Growth Marketing unit. This pivotal role demands an exceptional leader to define, orchestrate, and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business objectives and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all digital channels. You will build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and play a critical role in shaping our brand's online presence, market leadership, and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sophisticated, data-driven digital marketing strategies that directly align with enterprise-level business goals, focusing on aggressive brand awareness expansion, high-quality lead generation, profitable customer acquisition, and robust customer lifetime value enhancement.
  • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on direction for the planning, implementation, and rigorous optimization of all online advertising campaigns across a diverse and evolving landscape of platforms, including Meta ADS, Google ADS, TikTok ADS, programmatic advertising, and emerging digital channels.
  • Assume full ownership and meticulous management of the entire digital marketing budget, ensuring hyper-efficient spending, optimal resource allocation, and a relentless focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Champion the development and execution of advanced paid search strategies and the precise activation of comprehensive digital marketing plans to significantly elevate sales volumes and market share.
  • Lead the launch, continuous optimization, and rigorous A/B testing of various PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and display campaigns, implementing sophisticated bidding strategies and real-time adjustments for unparalleled efficiency and performance.
  • Establish and maintain a robust framework for performance measurement, conducting in-depth, granular analysis of digital data against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), industry benchmarks, and ambitious objectives. Transform raw data into actionable, strategic business intelligence, presenting complex findings with clarity and conviction to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Foster an aggressive culture of experimentation, designing, executing, and meticulously measuring complex A/B/n tests, multivariate tests, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously enhance campaign efficacy and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, product development, sales, IT, and other internal departments to ideate groundbreaking growth strategies and holistically optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of digital marketing professionals, fostering their continuous professional growth, and ensuring they are equipped with cutting-edge industry knowledge, tools, and methodologies.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes, proactively integrating new opportunities into our strategic roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Master's degree is a significant advantage. An education obtained abroad from a top-tier institution is also a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or directorial role overseeing large-scale digital advertising budgets and teams. Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail or e-commerce environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and executing transformative digital marketing strategies that have led to substantial, measurable business growth and and market leadership.
  • Deep, expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with major digital advertising platforms (Meta ADS, Google ADS, TikTok ADS, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads), programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs), and advanced email marketing/marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional command of SEO strategies and advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console), with a proven ability to drive significant organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Mastery of analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, SEMrush Analytics, CRM systems), with the ability to design advanced dashboards, conduct complex data modeling, and derive sophisticated, actionable insights.
  • DMI Pro certification with distinction is a strong asset. Other high-level certifications from Google (e.g., Google Ads Certified Professional), Meta (e.g., Blueprint Certified), Hootsuite, TikTok, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar industry-recognized bodies are highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to market changes.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build consensus with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
