Product Marketing Expert
Role Synopsis: The Product Marketing Expert will drive the marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for PASHA Real Estate’s portfolio of high-end residential and branded properties.
This role demands a dynamic professional who combines strategic thinking, market insight, and creativity to deliver impactful campaigns that elevate brand equity and drive qualified demand.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for premium and branded real estate projects, ensuring alignment with PASHA Real Estate’s business goals and brand standards.
- Define unique value propositions and positioning for luxury residential and mixed-use developments.
- Design and implement go-to-market plans for new launches, including integrated campaigns across digital, print, PR, and experiential channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools that support the sales team in converting leads into buyers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, development, investment) and external partners (agencies, media, PR) to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Lead content development that resonates with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), ultra- high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), and institutional investors.
- Oversee the performance tracking of marketing initiatives, using data insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
Desired background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in premium real estate, luxury lifestyle, or high-end hospitality sectors.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury products or properties.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft narratives that inspire and persuade.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross- functional projects.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners, balancing strategic vision with operational detail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus.
