Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for the Russian brands account, from development to delivery
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams (design, product development, planning, and production) and external stakeholders
  • Follow and manage the critical path to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Support forecasting, sample management, pricing, and order follow-up
  • Apply your experience with export processes to improve team efficiency and account handling
  • Ensure compliance with all technical and operational expectations set by the customer

Candidate Profile:

  • This position is open to train inexperienced candidates. (Candidates with experience in fashion marketing, especially exports to the Russian market, are preferred.)
  • Strong understanding of export systems, development timelines, and operational workflows
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Russian

Additional Information:

  • Documentation according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  • Work schedule: standard 5-day workweek from 9.00 to 18.00
  • Transportation and lunch are provided by the company.
