Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for the Russian brands account, from development to delivery
- Coordinate daily with internal teams (design, product development, planning, and production) and external stakeholders
- Follow and manage the critical path to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Support forecasting, sample management, pricing, and order follow-up
- Apply your experience with export processes to improve team efficiency and account handling
- Ensure compliance with all technical and operational expectations set by the customer
Candidate Profile:
- This position is open to train inexperienced candidates. (Candidates with experience in fashion marketing, especially exports to the Russian market, are preferred.)
- Strong understanding of export systems, development timelines, and operational workflows
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Fluent in English and Russian
Additional Information:
- Documentation according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Work schedule: standard 5-day workweek from 9.00 to 18.00
- Transportation and lunch are provided by the company.
