Lead Ticketing Specialist

Project: 3rd CIS Games
Location: Ganja & Other Host Cities, Azerbaijan
Duration: 2-Month Contract

We’re looking for a Lead Ticketing Specialist to manage and deliver a smooth, efficient, and world-class ticketing experience for the 3rd CIS Games, taking place across Ganja and other cities in Azerbaijan.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead end-to-end ticketing operations across all host cities
  • Coordinate ticket categories, pricing, and seating allocations
  • Oversee ticket box office and access control procedures at venues
  • Supervise ticketing staff and volunteers
  • Resolve ticketing issues and ensure smooth customer experience
  • Track sales and attendance data; generate daily reports
  • Work closely with venue managers, vendors, and event stakeholders
  • Support the integration of ticketing with accreditation and security systems
  • Ensure compliance with event policies and crowd management plans

Qualifications:

  •  3+ years in ticketing for large-scale events (sports, concerts, festivals)
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication under pressure
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, English
  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours across multiple cities
