Sales Specialist (F1 Azerbaijan Project – 2-Month)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join the F1 Azerbaijan Project team on a temporary (2-month) contract. 

Location: Baku
Contract Duration: 2-Month

About the Role: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and client management, while supporting the team in delivering exceptional service for the F1 Azerbaijan Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, contracts, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks
  • Support hotel and hospitality operations and coordinate the process with other relevant departments.
  • Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely responses
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all corporate contracts, billings, and related documents are processed accurately
  • Handle additional duties assigned by the Division Manager

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian (must), and English 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Creative approach to solving challenges and improving processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Quick learner with the ability to share knowledge effectively
  • Education in a relevant field is preferred
