Sales Specialist (F1 Azerbaijan Project – 2-Month)
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join the F1 Azerbaijan Project team on a temporary (2-month) contract.
Location: Baku
Contract Duration: 2-Month
About the Role: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and client management, while supporting the team in delivering exceptional service for the F1 Azerbaijan Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, contracts, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks
- Support hotel and hospitality operations and coordinate the process with other relevant departments.
- Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely responses
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure all corporate contracts, billings, and related documents are processed accurately
- Handle additional duties assigned by the Division Manager
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian (must), and English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Creative approach to solving challenges and improving processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quick learner with the ability to share knowledge effectively
- Education in a relevant field is preferred
