Core responsibilities

• You will own the visual interface and interaction layer of all early-stage product experiments and MVP concepts.

Interface design

• Design low- and high-fidelity screens for product experiments, landing pages, and user flows;
• Develop clean, minimal, conversion-focused UX/UI layouts for both desktop and mobile;
• Apply accessible, usable, and consistent UX/UI  patterns;
• Collaborate with the researcher to ensure the UX/UI reflects customer insights;
• Work closely with no-code makers to hand off components and visual assets.

Experiment & prototype support

• Design mockups for landing pages, signup flows, and micro-interactions;
• Iterate quickly based on user test feedback and validation learnings;
• Maintain design documentation in tools like Figma or Notion.

Required skills & experience:

Must-have

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally in product teams or early-stage contexts;
• Proficiency with Figma or similar interface design tools;
• Experience designing mobile-first and responsive layouts;
• Strong portfolio of clear, simple, user-centered digital interfaces;
• Understanding of user flow design, CTA placement, and layout logic;
• Ability to work quickly, iterate often, and manage multiple flows;
• Working knowledge of basic UX/UI research principles;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English;
• Experience working alongside cross-functional teams (researchers, analysts, engineers, no-code builders).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with rapid prototyping tools or design systems;
• Familiarity with no-code tools or low-code handoff formats;
• Understanding of conversion principles, behavioral design, or persuasion patterns;
• Experience creating microcopy or collaborating closely with content creators.
