AP Master Data & Validation Junior Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team at Scandens Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. as a SAP Master Data & Validation Junior Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with basic SAP knowledge and a strong willingness to grow into a consultant role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, complete, and maintain SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, customers, equipment, etc.).
- Act as the main contact person with our external Validation Partner regarding Master Data validation during the SAP project.
- Participate actively in the SAP system validation process (URS, FDS, testing, documentation) – with training provided by our consultants and validation partner.
- After the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Rise project (Realization Phase), continue to work with Master Data Management as a core responsibility.
- After Go-Live, learn and contribute as a junior functional consultant in SAP modules MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Collaborate closely with IT, QA, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure smooth project execution and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP processes or other ERP systems (experience with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to learn quickly and grow within a team-oriented environment.
