Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, visuals) aligned with the company’s brand voice and goals.
- Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Gamma, etc.) to generate, repurpose, and enhance content efficiently.
- Manage and monitor daily social media activity, including responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Conduct competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and audience research to refine content strategy.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency of messaging and visuals.
- Prepare monthly reports on key KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, CPC, ROAS, follower growth, reach, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage collaborations, partnerships, and UGC campaigns to boost reach and credibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media channels for brands, preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B/B2C sectors
- Creativity in content ideation and ability to write engaging copy in Azerbaijani, English (and Russian are a plus).
- Practical skills in AI-assisted content creation (text, visuals, video, presentations) with tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Gamma, or similar.
- Understanding of design basics to brief designers effectively (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools familiarity is a plus).
- Excellent communication, community management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
