PredsolResponsibilities
- Prepare legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in as corporate lawyer
- Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset).
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Azerbaijani citizenship.
- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
- Salary: We are open to considering individualized offers based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 5-day working week;
