We are implemented within the framework of the Azerbaijan Education Project under the Educational Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan.


The center focused on creating and developing.


The center is part of the Education Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan and supported by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Program Analyst

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute programs that align with the organization's strategic goals
  • Assist in setting both short-term and long-term objectives for the programs
  • Identify and scout potential startups from incubation to acceleration programs, employing strategic headhunting techniques
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on program status, providing insights throughout the program life cycle
  • Contribute to the administration and implementation of program strategies
  • Provide support to program management, planning, execution, and evaluation of programs
  • Monitor the progress of programs and startups
  • Moderate meetings to facilitate effective communication and progress tracking
  • Capturing essential data for the performance evaluation of startups
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the program canvas, contributing to the design and launch of new initiatives
  • Manage  the recruitment process for the programs
  • Shaping the program curriculum

Our Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of the Azerbaijani and English (advanced) languages (Russian preferably)
  • Knowledge of startups and scouting
  • Coaching skills
  • Experience in the startup ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding and engagement with the venture and startup ecosystem
