We are looking for a skilled and talented AV Solution Engineer to join our team and contribute to innovative projects in the industry.

Junior AV (Audio-Visual) Solution Engineer
Location of posting: Baku, Azerbaijan
Number of places: 2 (two)
Work schedule: full time (Monday - Friday, flexible work schedule)
Experience Level: entry level
Salary and Benefits: salary is based on the candidate skills and capabilities, benefits include project-based reward, full medical insurance (covering the employee and their family members.), etc.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Activities (under supervision):
- Assist senior engineers in preparing technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Support sales team with basic product information and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings and take notes for requirements gathering.
Post-Sale Activities (under supervision):
- Assist in implementation and configuration of AV solutions.
- Carry out system wiring, equipment setup, and hardware integration.
- Provide initial troubleshooting with guidance from senior engineers.
- Help in system testing, documentation, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Interest in AV technologies and willingness to develop expertise in video walls, projectors, control systems, and related solutions.
- Entry-level knowledge of electronics, IT, or multimedia, obtained through academic studies, professional courses, or initial work practice.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office, basic knowledge of CAD or system design tools is an advantage.
- Strong motivation to learn new technologies and improve skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior engineers.
- Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani, with English knowledge regarded as a plus.
