Office-based | Night Shift

AFTER HOURS & SHIFT SCHEDULE NOTICE

Our team works on a 2 days ON / 2 days OFF shift schedule.

• Today’s Shift (Day 1)
  Working hours: 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM (CST)
  For assistance, please contact your dispatcher during this time.
• Tomorrow’s Shift (Day 2)
  Working hours: 09:00 PM – 09:00 AM (overnight)
  Response outside of shift hours may be delayed until the next active shift.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and messages from drivers after regular business hours
• Handling unexpected situations and emergencies
• Communicating with brokers and carriers if needed
• Coordinating with the main dispatch team

Requirements:

• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• Fluent Russian (speaking and writing)
• Good computer skills (fast typing, working with email, Google Sheets, dispatch software, etc.)
• Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure
• Must be present in the office during shift hours
