Our client is Azerbaijan-Swiss joint venture successfully working in the market more than 5 years. Company is exclusive importer and distributor of many International well-known Premium Brands like Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Hennessy, Glenmorangie, The Macallan, Penfolds, and a curated portfolio of other exceptional wines and spirits. The company offers strategic operational solutions to produce practical results while working with the world’s leading brand owners. 

Currently, the company is concentrating on progression and looking for We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Department Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to supporting both the sales and marketing departments through effective coordination, reporting, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic commercial environment.

AS A TEAM MEMBER OF AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TEAM, YOU WOULD:

  • Prepare regular KPI updates for sales representatives, including sales breakdowns by brand/category with comparisons to targets and previous periods.
  • Track order status, returns, and deliveries in coordination with logistics and finance teams
  • Monitor and report on accounts receivable based on data received from the finance department
  • Manage CRM system, maintain customer contracts and records
  • Maintain sales-related databases: contracts, incentive schemes, pricing, etc.
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain and update a shared marketing calendar, integrating inputs from brand managers 
  • Support event coordination and promotional campaigns, assist with results analysis
  • Keep a database of partners (e.g. bartenders, influencers, photographers, POSM suppliers)

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR YOUR SUCCESS: 

  • 5+ years of relevant continuous experience in large local or international companies in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and planning
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • University degree
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is a plus)
