Condition: The Plant site area
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:      

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical field
• Technical bachelor degree
• At least intermediate level in English

Key responsibilities:  

Conducts mechanical maintenance of all machines and equipment in the Plant.     Checks them periodically to ensure they are in good working condition
Contribute as an effective team member.

Job description:

• Performs mechanical repair work during the day.
• Performs assembly and disassembly tasks.
• Maintains and repairs pumps used in the plant.
• Performs metal construction tasks and tests the installed structures.
• Repairs mechanical parts of bridge cranes and conveyors.
• Repairs, replaces, and cleans grates in the furnace.
• Maintains and repairs vibration motors.
• Repairs and cleans lime pumps, air, and steam pumps.
• Inspects and repairs hydraulic cylinders and related equipment.
• Inspects and repairs ash crushing tanks (crasher).
• Maintains and repairs all types of valves.
• Performs preventive maintenance on air compressors.
• Conducts general mechanical inspections at the plant.
• Performs preventive maintenance of forklifts and lifting baskets.
• Conducts small insulation tasks.
