Product Owner

As a Product Owner at YusifliTech, you will be at the heart of our product development process. You will define the product vision, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that the development team delivers high-impact features aligned with business and user needs. This role will focus on projects for governmental organizations, requiring a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of public sector dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational and governmental goals.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clearly prioritized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and public sector stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable digital products.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria tailored to the needs of governmental clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from end users and officials to refine product features and prioritize enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience with or understanding of public sector projects is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and good command of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate government requirements into actionable technical tasks.
