Job Purpose:

• The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Division. This role ensures compliance with relevant standards including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025, supports strategic planning, and leads quality initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Quality Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance quality across the Division.
• Standards Compliance: Fulfill the role of Quality Manager in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Documentation & SOP Management: Maintain an up-to-date scope of testing and oversee documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) required for laboratory ISO accreditation.
• Audit Facilitation: Coordinate external audits, address and resolve non-conformities, and ensure timely closure of audit action items.
• Change Management: Manage and facilitate change control processes within the Management System (MS), ensuring proper documentation and risk evaluation.
• Improvement Systems: Administer continuous improvement processes, including tracking and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with all technical and professional personnel within the Division.
• Root Cause Analysis: Assist in the evaluation of proficiency testing results, customer complaints, and improvement requests using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Training and Awareness: Deliver quality-related training and awareness programs to ensure understanding and compliance with QMS requirements.
• Management Reviews: Plan and facilitate regular management reviews to assess the effectiveness and performance of the QMS.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant acts, regulations, and statutory requirements applicable to the Division’s operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant degree in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Experience in managing laboratory QMS and accreditation processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
• Proficient in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, Weekends off
