Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- To have in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the projects and sales properties under their responsibility;
- To accept and fulfill individual targets, including periodic sales plans;
- To provide detailed information to clients using promotional materials (catalogs, brochures, booklets, videos), and to promote the advantages of the properties clearly, accurately, and in a way that generates additional interest;
- To identify the needs of clients and offer the most suitable properties that meet those needs;
- To organize on-site visits for clients based on their preferences and introduce them to available properties;
- To use effective sales techniques to attract clients, positively persuade them of the quality and suitability of the product, and work proactively to avoid losing potential customers;
- To assist other departments involved in the sales process when necessary and help accelerate the workflow;
- To respond to client questions in a way that promotes sales and builds trust;
- To accurately calculate and communicate the total cost of the selected property to the client; • To ensure that no unofficial or unauthorized agreements occur between sellers and buyers, and to notify management if such a risk is perceived;
- To register all clients who are contacted or informed, and to follow up according to the sales procedure;
- To prepare and submit daily sales reports to management and relevant personnel;
- To conduct regular market research in order to increase sales volume and present proposals to management;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- 1–2 years of proven success in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus
- Understanding of property valuation, pricing strategies, and sales processes
- Excellent presentation and consultation skills
- Fluent in Russian and Azerbaijani; intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level minimum)
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Strong ability to generate and convert leads effectively
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
