1969-ci ildə əsası qoyulan müəssisə keçmiş SSRİ-də ən müasir pivə zavodlarından biri idi.
Fransız şirkəti Group Castel tərəfindən həyata keçirilən irimiqyaslı yenidənqurma işlərindən sonra zavod 2000-ci ildə yenidən açıldı. Rəsmi açılışda Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti iştirak etmişdir.
2008-ci ildə Baltika Breweries zavodun səhmlərini əldə etmişdir və şirkətin adı 2009-cu ilin yanvarında Baltika-Bakı-ya dəyişilmişdir.
Yeni avadanlığa və texnologiyaya edilən böyük yatırımlardan sonra zavod hazırda olduğu kimi müasir pivə istehsalı müəssisəsinə çevrildi.
2017-ci ilin fevral ayında şirkət Carlsberg Group-a inteqrasiya prosesinin davamı olaraq Carlsberg Azerbaijan adlandırılmışdır.

Trade Marketing Manager
Role overview:
We are looking for a leader who will be driving impactful marketing initiatives in the dynamic FMCG industry, develop and implement strategic and tactical trade marketing plans across all trade channels.
What You'll be doing:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels;
- Conduct competitive market analysis and leverage insights for campaign planning;
- Manage budgets and analyze ROI of promotional activities;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand Marketing, Logistics, and Finance;
- Monitor performance of trade campaigns and provide actionable insights;
- Supervise merchandising solutions and in-store promotional setups;
- Execute field activities including promotional control and market assessment
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, business administration or related fields);
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role within Marketing or Sales in FMCG;
- Strong knowledge of economics, ROI calculation, market research, and merchandising;
- Skilled in project management, negotiation, presentation, and teamwork.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade dynamics methodology of market research;
- Ability to assess sales data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate;
- Proficiency in KPIs, ROI calculations, and post-activity evaluations;
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
