1969-ci ildə əsası qoyulan müəssisə keçmiş SSRİ-də ən müasir pivə zavodlarından biri idi.
Fransız şirkəti Group Castel tərəfindən həyata keçirilən irimiqyaslı yenidənqurma işlərindən sonra zavod 2000-ci ildə yenidən açıldı. Rəsmi açılışda Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti iştirak etmişdir.
2008-ci ildə Baltika Breweries zavodun səhmlərini əldə etmişdir və şirkətin adı 2009-cu ilin yanvarında Baltika-Bakı-ya dəyişilmişdir.
Yeni avadanlığa və texnologiyaya edilən böyük yatırımlardan sonra zavod hazırda olduğu kimi müasir pivə istehsalı müəssisəsinə çevrildi.
2017-ci ilin fevral ayında şirkət Carlsberg Group-a inteqrasiya prosesinin davamı olaraq Carlsberg Azerbaijan adlandırılmışdır.

HSE Specialist
Role overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist to help us achieve zero harm across all operations.
What You'll be doing:
- Conduct HSE inductions, training sessions, and knowledge assessments;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards;
- Participate in accident investigations and maintain incident documentation;
- Develop and update internal HSE policies and local regulatory documentation;
- Cooperate with government authorities on occupational safety matters;
- Assess and control risks; conduct regular internal HSE audits;
- Ensure compliance with Carlsberg Group and national safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations;
- Drive HSE culture through awareness and engagement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education (preferably in Engineering or related fields);
- At least 3 years of HSE related experience;
- Solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards;
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, especially for audits and investigations;
- Confidence in communicating with authorities and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English at intermediate level
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under the pressure;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate;
- Familiarity with MS Office programs
