Role Synopsis:

• The QA/QC Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that all construction and fit-out activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is responsible for supervising site execution in alignment with project specifications and international quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee quality inspections, review technical documentation, and manage quality records to ensure all deliverables adhere to design intent and client expectations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supervise and ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements,
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction works and materials,
• Review and approve method statements, inspections, and material submittals,
• Identify and report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions,
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, daily logs, and quality records,
• Coordinate with the site team, to ensure quality objectives are met,
• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and project quality plans.

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/ architecture or related field,
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction QA/QC roles (preferably Fit out works in high-end buildings such as residential, offices, Hotels.),
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction practices,
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications,
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and standards,
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good command of English/ Azerbaijan Language (written),
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and manage on-site quality operations,

Required skills:

• Experience with High Scale and high-end Fit-out works 
• Take full ownership of QA/QC responsibilities and act with a strong sense of accountability
• Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, project management tools).
