Key Accountabilities: 

• Preparation of Mechanical drawings;
• Site inspections and checking of compliance of the site activities with Project Documentation;
• Preparation and control of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR);
• Quantity Surveying of Materials, according to the Design and As-Built Drawings;
• Participation in the project meetings;
• Involvement in Project Close-out activities

Field of Expertise: 

• Proficiency in Design of Mechanical Systems is required:
• HVAC systems (AHU, Kitchen Exhaust, Smoke Exhaust, Fan Coil Units, Electrostatic Filters, Active Carbon Filters, VRV/DX systems, etc.);
• Cooling & Heating systems (Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Air Separtors, etc);
• Plumbing (Domestic Water System, Waste Water System, Booster Pumps, Ejector Pumps, Mechanical Filters, Softeners, UV Filters, Electrical Water Filters, Grease Separators, etc.);
• Fire Protection Systems (Fire Pumps, Sprinkler Systems, Dry Pipe System, FM200, Ansul, Hydrants, Standpipe System, etc.);
• Fuel Systems and Natural Gas System;
• Building Management System (BMS)
• Awareness of the local and international standards of Mechanical Systems design and installation is required 

Requirements to Candidates: 
Qualifications: 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Certificates in related fields are preferred;

Experience: 

• Minimum three years in related filed

IT Skills:

• AutoCAD; Auto Desk Revit MEP;
• MS Office- Excell, Word;
• Other skills are preferred;

Language Skills:

• Azerbaijan;
