Leading / Senior Recruitment Specialist
Job duties:
- Perform recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and supporting best practices across company and assets.
- Participate in design and implement recruiting strategies to meet business objectives and scale operations effectively.
- Perform headhunting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
- Meet performance metrics for recruiting activities, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Additional requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. SHRM/CIPD certification is an advantage
- Advanced resourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Good negotiation and headhunting skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 1 year experience in Oil and Gas sector
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to express team work, coordination
