Leading / Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job duties:

  • Perform recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and supporting best practices across company and assets.
  • Participate in design and implement recruiting strategies to meet business objectives and scale operations effectively.
  • Perform headhunting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
  • Meet performance metrics for recruiting activities, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. SHRM/CIPD certification is an advantage
  • Advanced resourcing and headhunting skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills 
  • Good negotiation and headhunting skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 1 year experience in Oil and Gas sector  
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to express team work, coordination
