Key Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents, including general/business/legal/technical texts from English to Azerbaijani and vice versa.
- Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and relay the original meaning and tone.
- Proofread and edit translated content for grammar, syntax, and cultural relevance.
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify text.
- Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials.
- Use translation software or tools when applicable.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple translation requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.
- Familiarity with translation software and tools is desirable
- Prior translation experience in audit, tax, legal, or sustainability service lines is an advantage.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
