About the Position:

• We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated DP English Language and Literature 
• teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in school settings, a strong command of the English language, and expertise in delivering the IB program.

Requirements are as follows:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English language teaching
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB DP programme 
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and others
• Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners
• Excellent knowledge of computer office standard applications, especially familiarity with Google and G suite and integrating technology into the classroom to increase learning
• Good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Azerbaijan Language English.

• Names and contact details of 2 professional referees

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements. Successful candidates will be interviewed. 

Candidates who have passed the second stage will be asked to present a demonstration lesson to show their abilities in modern teaching/learning methods and technologies.
