- As we grow, we’re looking for a Creative Team Lead to guide our creative team toward excellence and ensure the highest quality standards across all creative deliverables.
What You’ll Do
As our Creative Team Lead, you will oversee the quality control of all creative outputs and provide leadership to designers and copywriters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that visuals, copy, and overall creative content meet performance goals and brand alignment, while fostering a collaborative and high-standard creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and review creative content, including social media designs, ad campaign visuals and copy (Meta, Google, etc.), websites, and landing pages.
- Ensure creative work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and clear direction to designers and copywriters to improve work quality.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to maintain timely delivery of creative assets.
- Support the professional growth and skill development of the creative team.
- Maintain and elevate creative standards across projects, ensuring innovative and effective design and storytelling.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to inform creative strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a creative or digital agency environment.
- Strong eye for design, storytelling, and detail, both in visuals and written content.
- Confident in reviewing, critiquing, and improving creative work across formats.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Russian at B1 level or higher is mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and web projects is preferred.
