Department: Finance 

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time on-site role)

EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements within IFRS rules;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling data and creating financial models;
• Conduct various analysis to identify discrepancies and assist in investigating financial irregularities;
• Collaborate with senior finance team members to improve financial reporting processes and tools;
• Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting;
• Maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior min.2 years work experience in Finance;
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business accounting field;
• Financial Reporting, budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills;
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in the finance industry;
• Experience with financial software and systems;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Azeri & Russian, English;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills & Accounting/Finance Programs, 1C (8.3);
• Knowledge of finance, accounting & legal processes;
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication skill;
• Relevant certifications such as ACCA CFI and CFA are a plus.
