Front Office Team Leader

Department: Front Office 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the front office department, ensuring high levels of team engagement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service, creating positive and memorable experiences.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Innovate ways to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems, particularly Opera and Micros (preferred). 
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Additional education in hospitality is a plus
