IT Generalist (Specialist) will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and security. This role provides comprehensive technical assistance across core systems, networks, and security solutions. IT Generalist will contribute to the efficient operation of IT functions through problem-solving, documentation, and the implementation of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer core systems such as Active Directory (AD), ensuring proper deployment, user account management, and system security.
• Implement and maintain backup procedures to protect critical data, endpoints, and systems.
• Diagnose technical issues related to network infrastructure, servers, and applications.
• Administer security policies across core systems, protecting data and systems from internal and external threats.
• Develop, monitor and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures and policies.
• Oversee asset management processes, including tracking, monitoring, and maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets across the organization.
• Manage patch management procedures, ensuring all systems, software, and applications are up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
• Coordinate the deployment of security patches and updates across core systems, minimizing potential risks and downtime.
• Manage and maintain SQL databases, including performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security measures.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• Graduate degree (required); certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Networking, or ITIL (desirable).
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure, security, and systems management.
• Networking, and server management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and server/desktop operating systems.
• Familiar with IT security trends and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• English proficiency.
