Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, with a strong background in the oil, gas, and water field. Fluency in English and Azerbaijani is mandatory, while proficiency in Russian is considered an advantage. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil, gas, and water sector.
• Leverage our existing distributorships to enhance sales and market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Utilize insights gained from distributorships to inform market strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry developments.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development team.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of products and services related to the oil, gas, and water sector.
• Provide technical support to clients and address inquiries regarding product specifications and capabilities.
• Stay informed about advancements in technology and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil, gas, or water industry.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani; Russian proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Technical background with knowledge of products and services related to the oil, gas, and water field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.

Wages:

Wages for this position will be evaluated based on the candidate's qualifications and experience in the relevant sectors.

Working Place, Days, and Hours:

• Location: Baku city, Masud Alizade 138.
• Days: Monday to Friday ( 5 days a week )
• Hours: 09:00 am to 18:00 pm
