Logistics Specialist
BlackWellLocation: Baku, Azerbaijan
Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Based on interview results
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate local and international shipments
- Prepare and manage customs documentation and follow up on clearance procedures
- Maintain communication with freight forwarders and transportation companies
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and manage inventory flow
- Inspect incoming goods upon arrival at the warehouse, verifying part numbers and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
- Verify quantity and quality of outbound goods before dispatch
- Analyze and optimize logistics costs, and prepare regular reports
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
