About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations on-site for high-rise residential buildings (15+ floors). The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent coordination, and in-depth knowledge of construction processes.

The Site Manager must be physically present on the construction site full-time and ensure that all works are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time supervision of all on-site construction activities
• Managing daily operations and workforce on site
• Coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors
• Supervising field supervisors, HSE engineers, security staff, and workers
• Controlling material deliveries, usage, and documentation
• Monitoring progress against schedule and reporting to top management
• Ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and local regulations
• Preparing and interpreting cost estimates and bills of quantities
• Proactively resolving on-site issues and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects (15+ floors)
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation and documentation
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
• Excellent team leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management tools
• Knowledge of local construction laws and HSE compliance
