Recruitment Expert (HR)

Job description:

  • Insight into external talent supply: Understand business strategies, provide external insight support, output insights and talent maps for universities, industries, and companies, and provide professional domain consulting or comprehensive service support for developing talent acquisition plans and designing detailed solutions for business organizations.
  • Select resumes, preliminarily communicate with target candidates according to recruitment requirements, improve resumes, select talent, notify and arrange interviews, and follow up the recruitment process.
  • Establish, broaden and maintain the company's recruitment channels, release recruitment information in a timely manner, manage recruitment channels, improve the enterprise talent reserve pool, and establish reserve talent maintenance and selection;
  • Ensure the standard delivery and quality of talent supply: Take charge of the standard delivery of corporate policies, rules, processes, and solutions in the talent highland extension organization in an end-to-end manner, evaluate the effectiveness, and continuously optimize the results to ensure the quality of talent supply.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of social recruitment experience.
  • Have a good understanding of the high-end talent market in Russian-speaking countries, such as Azerbaijan and Georgia. Government and enterprise business talent market is advantage.
  • Have Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent English and Russian skills, and Chinese language is advantage.
