We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to oversee our front desk operations at our upscale hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all guests with courtesy 
• Perform all input and output tasks 
• Manage online and telephone reservations 
• Assign rooms and hand keys to guests 
• Answering the telephone from potential clients and guests, taking and passing on messages;
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying;
• Responding to requests for assistance and information;
• Providing concierge services;
• Preparing room accounts and arranging urgent payments;
• Checking in guests and accepting credit, debit or cash payments;
• Provide migration registration service;
• Monitoring the lobby area room;
• Checking cash during the shift;
• Ensuring that all functions are carried out in the hotel;
• Receiving deliveries; Sorting and distributing incoming mail;
• Perform other duties as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in a front desk or guest services role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
