Şirkət haqqında:
1969-ci ildə əsası qoyulan müəssisə keçmiş SSRİ-də ən müasir pivə zavodlarından biri idi.
Fransız şirkəti Group Castel tərəfindən həyata keçirilən irimiqyaslı yenidənqurma işlərindən sonra zavod 2000-ci ildə yenidən açıldı. Rəsmi açılışda Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti iştirak etmişdir.
2008-ci ildə Baltika Breweries zavodun səhmlərini əldə etmişdir və şirkətin adı 2009-cu ilin yanvarında Baltika-Bakı-ya dəyişilmişdir.
Yeni avadanlığa və texnologiyaya edilən böyük yatırımlardan sonra zavod hazırda olduğu kimi müasir pivə istehsalı müəssisəsinə çevrildi.
2017-ci ilin fevral ayında şirkət Carlsberg Group-a inteqrasiya prosesinin davamı olaraq Carlsberg Azerbaijan adlandırılmışdır.

Distribution and inventory management specialist
Location: Khirdalan city, Shamakhi highway
Working conditions:

Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday-Friday.
Role overview:
We are looking for a Specialist who will be playing a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient flow and storage of finished goods or ready products, ensuring that inventory levels align with demand, managing the distribution networks.
What You'll be doing:
- Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels of ready products;
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy;
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to minimize overstock or stockouts;
- Provide regular reports on inventory status, distribution performance, and forecasts to management, maintaining data in inventory management systems;
- Ensure that ready products are delivered on time to customers, minimizing delays or errors;
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to distribution centres or retail locations;
- Conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and developing corrective actions;
- Creating, maintaining, and automating reports in Excel/Power BI and other tools.
What we’re looking for:
- higher education (preferably in Finance, Logistics or related fields);
- at least 1 year of work experience in logistics or planning (preferably in FMCG);
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
- Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Understanding of planning methodologies and best practices
