What You’ll Be Doing:

Collect and Process Data

• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources
• Perform basic data cleaning and transformation tasks
• Document data flows and support data structure alignment

Build Reports and Visualizations

• Assist in preparing regular reports for management and operations teams
• Use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to build reports and simple visuals
• Present trends and KPIs in a clear interpretable format

Provide Analytical Support

• Conduct basic analysis (e.g., trends, rankings, comparisons) to support business decisions
• Identify and flag discrepancies or unusual data patterns.

Ensure Data Quality

• Identify and highlight data errors or inconsistencies
• Assist in validating reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy
• Support documentation of checks and data workflows

Collaborate and Grow

• Work closely with various departments to gather data needs and offer solutions
• Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical teams
• Continuously learn and apply new data tools, techniques, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Entry-level certifications in Excel, data manipulations, or analytics (e.g., Coursera, DataCamp) are a plus.

Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis, including data cleaning and manipulation using libraries like Pandas, NumPy
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query for efficient data transformation
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying structured data and supporting reporting needs
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
