Internal Communications Specialist

Role synopsis:

  • We are looking for a proactive Internal Communications Specialist with strong coordination and execution skills to support internal communication and engagement activities.

Key accountabilities:

  • Support to plan and executing internal events, including logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support the delivery of internal communication and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies on employer branding content and campaign execution.
  • Assist in producing communication materials.
  • Manage events and communication-related budgets and vendor relationships.

Required skills:

  • Experience in internal communications, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player.
