Personal Assistant (Trilingual – English, Russian, Turkish)

Location: Reportage Sales Office,  Baku

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate on behalf of the executive
  • Translate and interpret (verbal/written) between English, Russian, and Turkish when required
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Turkish – both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks
  • University degree is an advantage
