Guavapay Limited was established in February 2017 in the UK and it is an advanced and progressive fin-tech company. The company obtained the EMI (e-money issuer) license under number 900888 from the UK regulatory authority FCA .
In a very short period it has built its own processing center which has the TSP, MSP and TPP statuses in MasterCard, VISA and UPI payment Systems.
Guavapay is principal member in UnionPay and currently finalizes the process of reception of the principal membership in VISA, MasterCard, JCB.
We are the Participant in SEPA Payment as SCT (SEPA Credit Transfer) and SDD (SEPA Direct Debit) and supervised SWIFT member.
Moreover, we have developed our own product of money transfers, MyMoneyMove, which already is represented in 50 countries and this figure grows daily.

Settlements-Product Operation Lead
About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Settlements-Product Operation Lead to act as a strategic bridge between our Operations/Settlements team and Product Management function. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, aligning operational needs with product development, and driving execution of cross-functional initiatives. You will play a key part in scaling our internal processes, resolving friction points, and contributing to the design of efficient and resilient systems in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Operations/Settlements and Product teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and functional requirements.
- Design accounting entries, settlements, and reconciliation processes in collaboration with the Settlements and Product teams
- Develop necessary reports for each product type and translate requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team
- Serve as the main point of contact for testing new products and features from the Operations/Settlements perspective
- Translate operational challenges into product requirements and support Product Managers in defining specs, use cases, and impact.
- Partner with Operations to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies, or process risks, and drive solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure product features are operationally sound and compliant.
- Track operational KPIs and feedback loops to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
- Assist in creating documentation, process maps, and training materials for new systems or operational workflows.
- Provide structured reporting to leadership on initiative progress, blockers, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or product operations in fintech, banking, or consulting.
- Big4 experience (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, settlements, and transaction lifecycle in fintech or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams; comfort with technical discussions and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SQL, API basics) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
