Role Synopsis:

• The Senior Commercial Specialist (MEP) will lead the commercial processes and strategic oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across PASHA Real Estate’s premium development portfolio. This role requires a commercially astute professional with deep knowledge of MEP systems, procurement processes, and contract administration. The Specialist will collaborate closely with design, development, project, construction management and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective delivery, risk mitigation, and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle, from early budgeting to final account.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
• Evaluate and approve MEP subcontractor and supplier payments, claims, and variations.
• Conduct value engineering and cost-saving exercises without compromising on quality or compliance.
• Prepare and review detailed MEP cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor ongoing costs, conduct cost-to-complete forecasting, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, planning, and finance teams to ensure alignment on commercial matters

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering,
• Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or contract management of MEPworks within large-scale construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex commercial packages and negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
