Operations Specialist

We are looking for candidates for an Operations Specialist role to join us at Tredu! 

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to students, parents, and partners. Resolve inquiries related to platform usage and activity enrollment with efficiency and care;
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Tredu platform, ensuring it functions smoothly and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise;
  • Generate regular reports on platform usage, partner engagement, and user feedback to support data-driven decision-making;
  • Direct all participants, particularly elementary school students, to their designated locations;
  • Create and deliver training resources for partners and internal teams, ensuring effective use of the Tredu platform and adherence to best practices.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • Motivated to work with elementary school students and possess the necessary patience and resilience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Demonstrated motivation to work in a startup environment with a proactive attitude;
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
