Brief Description
PepsiCo Supply Chain team is guided by effective process management methods aimed at a high level of customer service, as well as the development and optimization of the company’s product supply chains.
What challenges will you face?
- Support developing and maintaining accurate demand forecast using historical data and statistical models, while incorporating inputs from different functions.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotional impacts and market dynamics, identify demand risks and opportunities.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects.
- Maintain and update demand planning systems; create and manage dashboards for business tasks.
- Prepare and present demand KPIs, share regular updates on forecast performance and action plans.
After finishing the program, You will:
- gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning process
- learn to operate, support to continuously improve and transform planning process to help get maximum business value.
- learn to engage with partners and acquire phenomenal organizing skills.
Who are we looking for?
- Young specialists, fresh graduates of economics, business, math or related field
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; English and Russian on B2+ level
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good command of MS office suite, Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work full-time by the start of the program in September 2025
