General Manager for a regional hotel
We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager, based in the regions, to lead operational efforts. He/she ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Company and ensures that the various departments are profitable and runs according to the standards and defined targets for the Hotel.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager with a strong understanding of day-to-day hotel operations.
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring cohesive teamwork and high performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards across the property.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build and retain a motivated team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy and market presence.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on management style.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, staff, and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Proficient in Azerbaijani and English.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis and budget management.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours.
