Lead PSCM Specialist

Brief Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Lead PSCM Specialist to support our PSCM Group Manager and Asset Teams across procurement and supply chain activities in upstream Oil & Gas operations (Drilling & Production). This role requires hands-on expertise in procurement governance, tender management, and contract compliance.

Job duties:

  • Support PSCM planning, strategy, and execution across assets
  • Review and recommend Annual Procurement Plans and Tender Strategies
  • Conduct market screening and develop bidders lists
  • Evaluate technical and commercial bids, and participate in tender openings
  • Manage contract awards, variations, and extensions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and operator reps during tender governance
  • Maintain and update PSCM documentation, PVL, reports, and Governance Register
  • Ensure compliance with PSCM processes, Productution Service Agreement, Joint Operating Agreement, Reconnaissance Survey Agreement  rules, and legal standards
  • Drive transparency, competition, and process improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and support new PSCM staff

Essential experience and job requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in O&G Supply Chain (Upstream mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business, or Supply Chain
  • PSCM certifications (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of international procurement and tendering processes
  • Basic legal knowledge and contract evaluation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and improve procurement processes
  • Advanced English language skills (C1/C2)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
