Guavapay Limited was established in February 2017 in the UK and it is an advanced and progressive fin-tech company. The company obtained the EMI (e-money issuer) license under number 900888 from the UK regulatory authority FCA . 


In a very short period it has built its own processing center which has the TSP, MSP and TPP statuses in MasterCard, VISA and UPI payment Systems. 


Guavapay is principal member in UnionPay and currently finalizes the process of reception of the principal membership in VISA, MasterCard, JCB. 


We are the Participant in SEPA Payment as SCT (SEPA Credit Transfer) and SDD (SEPA Direct Debit) and supervised SWIFT member. 


Moreover, we have developed our own product of money transfers, MyMoneyMove, which already is represented in 50 countries and this figure grows daily.

Product Owner

Role Overview: 
 
The Product Owner will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality digital banking products. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, define product vision, and oversee the end-of-end development lifecycle, ensuring products meet user needs and align with business objectives. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital banking, aligning goals with business strategy and market needs. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, acting as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team. 
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria to meet evolving business and customer needs. 
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver quality product increments and participate in sprint ceremonies to support Agile processes. 
  • Ensure on-time product delivery and coordinate handover to Customer Support, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Reporting teams. 
  • Support testing and validation to ensure features meet requirements, gathering feedback to refine the product. 
  • Research customer needs, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. 
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in the fintech or banking sector. 
  • Solid understanding of digital banking, card products (credit, debit, prepaid), and payment ecosystems. 
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working with card management systems and payment processors. 
  • Experience working with Local and International payment systems like SWIFT, XÖHKS, AZIPS. 
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as EMV, PCI DSS, and ISO 8583 messaging. 
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Certification are a plus.

Product Owner
